Returns policy
Vibe High Essentials is always working hard to ensure that every order we send out is loved and appreciated by the customer. However, we understand that customers might want to return, replace, or refund things at times, which is why we have set policies in place to cater to your needs. In case you aren't happy with what you received, please reach out to us immediately.
Please be informed that the returns, refunds, and exchange process can take slightly longer than usual due to our strict measures protecting our employees from COVID-19.
Regardless, you can still request a return or exchange as long as:
- The product is visibly unused, unworn, and has all the store tags attached
- The product is in its original packing
- You initiate the return/replacement/exchange process within 7 days of receiving your order
Unfortunately, some customer return requests cannot be accepted due to certain reasons:
- The product is damaged (torn, broken, stained, visibly used)
- The product was purchased during a sale
